 All RV Tech Pro services come with a one (1) year warranty on workmanship. We are not a parts vendor and so are not able to offer a warranty or guarantee on the parts themselves. 

RV Tech Pro is certified to provide warranty repairs on all Forest River and THOR motorhomes. These two companies represent approximately 90% of the RV market in the United States, so there is a good chance your RV is covered!

Please note, we require upfront payment for warranty repairs due to the lengthy warranty reimbursement period. After the repairs are completed you will be able to request reimbursement directly from the manufacturer.

No, due to the complexity of RV systems and components we are not able to diagnose your problem over the phone. If you have a problem, please schedule a diagnostic appointment.

Our base travel fee is $60 and that covers repairs in or near Columbia, SC (within a 25 mile radius of the 29052 zip code).  If you are in need of a repair and are outside of this range, we are happy to come to you! Our travel rate for repairs outside of Columbia is $2.80 per mile.

As a small, independent operator it is not possible for us to keep an inventory of replacement parts for the vast number of RVs on the market. What we do instead, is provide owners with the part number and then let them acquire the part themselves. This helps keep your costs low as you are able to avoid dealer parts markups or even purchase refurbished parts if desired. 

 RV Tech Pro services are billed at $150 per hour. 

 We accept all major credit cards, as well as Google-Pay, Apple Pay, Venmo, and CashApp. We are not able to accept checks.
